Service Description
Pilates is a physical fitness system developed by Joseph Pilates in the early 20th century. It is a form of exercise that emphasizes the balanced development of the body through core strength, flexibility, and awareness in order to support efficient, graceful movement. In our pilates class you'll finde elements of classic pilates exercises with a modern touch and some fitness elements. In this class we'll use different props such as small weights, sliders and the pilates ball.

Cancellation Policy
- if you show up late for whatever reason: after the warm up you can't join the class anymore! - you can cancel your class 24 hrs before the start time - bring your own towel - please come with clean training shoes, for the hard fundamental classes (barre and stability) you won't need shoes
