In the Strength and Conditioning class, we focus on building a strong, resilient body through a dynamic mix of training techniques. The small classes ensure personalized attention and guidance.

Usually, the session are organized as a circuit, utilizing a wide array of equipment, including weights like dumbbells and kettlebells, a cable tower, and various functional training tools.

Whether you're a seasoned fitness enthusiast or new to strength training,  the strength and conditioning classes cater to all levels, fostering a supportive, safe, and motivating environment.

Pilates

Pilates is a physical fitness system developed by Joseph Pilates in the early 20th century. It is a form of exercise that emphasizes the balanced development of the body through core strength, flexibility, and awareness in order to support efficient, graceful movement. 

In our pilates class you'll finde elements of classic pilates exercises with a modern touch and some fitness elements. In this class we'll use different props such as small weights, sliders and the pilates ball.

Barre

Barre is a mix of Pilates, strength, and fitness exercises performed with the techniques and tools of ballet training to provide an effective full-body workout. Each class focuses on achieving proper alignment and form while maintaining a sense of fluidity in every movement.

Using props such as small weights, a Pilates ball, sliders, and the barre itself, our workouts offer a dynamic and engaging challenge.

Strength & Mobility/ Stability for Runners

on weekdays 50 min, on weekends 60min; max. 7 participants per class

A workout that addresses fundamental fitness needs: We prioritize mobility and stability in major joints and incorporate essential strength exercises tailored for the broader population. You'll enhance your core strength, achieve better leg stability, and learn proper form to ensure a well-rounded and effective fitness routine.

In Stability for Runners everything is tailored more specifically for runners of all levels.

In this class we use smaller props such as light to medium weights, a pilates ball, or resistance bands must importantly though we work with our own bodyweight.
