In our Small Group Classes community meets personalized training! Our intimate class sizes give you the opportunity to experience a training style that’s almost like personal coaching but at a fraction of the cost. With max 6 people per class, you’ll enjoy tailored guidance, hands-on support, and plenty of motivation, all while connecting with like-minded members of our welcoming fitness community.

Workshops

Our workshops give you the opportunity to dive even deeper into technique, skills, and exciting topics beyond your weekly training routine. In 60- to 120-minute sessions, we create extra space for focused practice and refinement—whether it’s barbell technique, pull-up progressions, or barre choreographies. This allows you to explore specific aspects in more detail and take your training to the next level.
