The Nice To Meet You package is a great way to get to know the studio better. You can only book it once.
The All in One Package is a great way to start your fitness journey or focus on specific goals. After booking, I'll contact you to schedule two private training sessions. During these sessions, you'll receive personalized training and valuable advice to optimize your workouts. Additionally, you can participate in four classes where you are the room with max. 5 other participants. We currently offer barre, strength & mobility, strength for runners, strength & conditioning and lower body strength classes. It's an all-encompassing package designed to kickstart your fitness routine and help you achieve your goals.
5 class - the occasional. Perfect for those who want to drop into a class now and then or add variety to their existing routine. This package is valid for 4 months, so attending once every 2–3 weeks will complete it comfortably. A flexible option for busy schedules!
10 class - the regular. Ideal for those who want to establish a weekly habit, build consistency, and connect with our community. This package is designed to help you make fitness a regular part of your life and keep you moving week after week.
20 class - the premium. The best choice for those looking to attend twice a week or more. You're committed, dedicated, and a key part of our studio family. This package supports you as you dive into your training journey and see real progress over time.
