The Strong Runner

90-Min Assessment: A deep dive into your movement patterns, individual needs, and running technique.

Custom Strength Plan: 100% tailored to your specific goals, running mechanics, and movement history.

2x Coaching Sessions: Two 60-min sessions (spaced 3+ weeks apart) to master your form and safely progress the intensity.

Gym Foundations
A 6-session deep dive where we go through everything you need to know to feel completely comfortable in the gym. Only in person.
