Elevate your power with our Pure Strength class, designed for those ready to push their limits. This session emphasizes heavy weightlifting with low repetitions, aiming to significantly boost your strength. The training environment is calm and focused, allowing you to concentrate on perfecting your form and maximizing each lift. Due to the intensity and technical demands, prior experience with barbell exercises is required. If you’re new to free weights and barbells, we recommend starting with a Strength & Conditioning, Strength & Mobility class or one of our Strength for Beginners Strength Workshops to build a solid foundation first. Join us to challenge yourself and achieve new strength milestones.

- if you show up late for whatever reason: after the warm up you can't join the class anymore! - you can cancel your class 12 hrs before the start time - bring your own towel - you can train in socks, if you like to wear shoes please make sure they are clean
