This program is tailored specifically for runners and begins with a 2-week learning and testing phase to prepare you for the upcoming 12 week training guiding you to your specific race day. Our plan focuses on the most crucial muscle groups to enhance your running performance and prevent injuries. Each week, you'll engage in targeted strength exercises that build endurance, power, and agility. Additionally, you'll receive valuable information on recovery techniques, nutrition tips, and other essential running-related topics to ensure you're at your peak on race day. Whether you're a seasoned runner or just starting, this program is designed to meet your needs and help you achieve your running goals. Join us and transform your running experience with a well-rounded approach to strength training. Let's get stronger, faster, and more resilient together! This plan includes: – Strength exercises with video instruction – A guided self test, to select the correct weights – A structured training plan – Bonus content on recovery and nutrition This plan does not include: – Any running training. It’s designed to complement your existing running plan—not replace it. IMPORTANT: To benefit fully from this plan, bodyweight alone won't be enough. Running is a high-impact sport, and your body needs exposure to real external load to build the necessary strength. Ideally, you’ll have access to: - a barbell - extra bonus if your gym has access to a smith machine but that's not mandatory - a range of dumbbells or kettlebells - a light resistance band - a cable tower (this can be replaced though through a light resistance band) - a stepper or platform between 20-40 cm (can be replaced with two yoga blocks or stacked plates)
