A workout that addresses fundamental fitness needs: We prioritize mobility in major joints and incorporate essential strength exercises tailored for the broader population. You'll enhance your core strength, achieve better leg stability, and learn proper form to ensure a well-rounded and effective fitness routine. This class is a 50 min class. please bring your own towel, you won't need shoes for this workout.

- if you show up late for whatever reason: after the warm up you can't join the class anymore! - you can cancel your class 24 hrs before the start time - bring your own towel - please come with clean training shoes, for the hard fundamental classes (barre and stability) you won't need shoes
