Prenatal & Postpartum Strength

Service Description

This class is designed for the pregnant and postpartum client with a focus on strength and stability exercises. We target the areas needing the most attention throughout a women’s pregnancy journey. It will give you the tools, progressions, and modifications that will help you advance towards your goal of either a safe and strong pregnancy or getting back into your normal workout regimen without feeling unsure of how/when/what you should be doing as your body begins to heal. Jackie believes in scaling it to where you are will show you that there is not reason to be afraid to lift weight! !! If you aren’t cleared by your doctor to get back into exercise, or easily faint we would not recommend the class. Our #1 priority is your safety, and we feel best to make sure that you are ready for a small group setting if you meet these requirements. If you have a special situation please feel free to reach out!

Cancellation Policy

- if you show up late for whatever reason: after the warm up you can't join the class anymore! - you can cancel your class 24 hrs before the start time - bring your own towel - please come with clean training shoes, for the hard fundamental classes (barre and stability) you won't need shoes
