Service Description
Circuit training with max. 4 other participants We focus on building a strong, resilient body through a dynamic mix of training techniques. The small classes ensure personalized attention and guidance. Usually, the session are organized as a circuit, utilizing a wide array of equipment, including weights like dumbbells and kettlebells, a cable tower, and various functional training tools.

Cancellation Policy
- if you show up late for whatever reason: after the warm up you can't join the class anymore! - you can cancel your class 24 hrs before the start time - bring your own towel - please come with clean training shoes, for the hard fundamental classes (barre and stability) you won't need shoes
