Service Description

This class is the next level of our Strength for Runners course. We’ll be using heavier weights to get you fully prepped for your running goals. The focus is on legs and core, with exercises designed around movement patterns that are key for running. You'll share the room and the coach with 4 others.

Cancellation Policy

- if you show up late for whatever reason: after the warm up you can't join the class anymore! - you can cancel your class 12 hrs before the start time - bring your own towel - you can train in socks, if you like to wear shoes please make sure they are clean
